Rutronik tilbyder nu det såkaldte efus modul fra F&S, der er bygget op omkring en Freescale i.MX 6UltraLite ARM Cortex-A7 processor, og som er designet med afsæt i 'EasyLayout' guidelines (in english).
Rutronik introduceres the new efus A7UL from F&S. which is based on the Freescale i.MX 6UltraLite ARM Cortex-A7 processor. The efus form factor is designed according to 'EasyLayout' guidelines and therefore perfectly suited for applications with numerous interfaces in medicine and industry.The efus A7UL offers interfaces like 2x 10/100Mb Ethernet, 4x Serial, USB2.0 Host/Device, 2x CAN, 2x I2C, 2x SPI, I2S Audio, and WiFi. LCD TFTs can be connected via 18Bit RGB, touch is available externally via I2C. It comes up with up to 1GB RAM and up to 1GB SLC NAND Flash as well as up to 32GB eMMC.
Along with the attribute of an easy baseboard (EasyLayout), efus has a size of 47x62mm only and is therefore suitable for compact housing. The low power loss of only 2W (typ.) makes it easy to cool the module. All signal lines can be routed to the baseboard with no crossing points on the connector. The customized operating system (WEC 2013 or Linux) supports all interfaces, guaranteeing an easy software development without further knowledge of hardware. efus A7UL is pin compatible to efus A9 and efus A9X.
