In-vehicle computer kan operere i dyb kulde

Arbor Technology introducerer in-vehicle computerserie, der bl.a. udmæker sig ved at kunne operere fra helt ned til -40 grader til op +70 grader (in english).

Arbor technology introduces the latest in-vehicle computer series FPC-3500 and 3502, based on demand of in-vehicle market. Considering the shock and damage possibilities to in-vehicle devices caused by different power supply and harsh environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, vibration, noise and electric shock, the design of FPC-3500 series especially focuses on power supply and power protection so that the primary concern is to ensure that power supply stays best status during standby.

FPC-3500series can keep standby path loss less than 30 µA, and its wide range DC power input (6~32V) enables it to conquer unstable power supply and noise. The industrial grade power circuit design, delay-time and low voltage protection, for example, can prevent external interference and power damage, which extends device life longer.
Artificial Intelligence Design Smarter Ignition Power on/off

FPC-3500series complies with not only CE/FCC certification but also qualifies other safety standards for automobile and vehicle such as E/e Mark and EN50155-T1, which prevent damage caused by any environmental condition. Featuring the artificial intelligence, FPC-3500 series can automatically save last setting of power on/off procedure as well as offers low voltage protection mechanism.

When vehicle power supply is lower than minimum standard, the system will automatically send the alarm then follow the procedure to turn it off. Besides above mentioned artificial intelligence design, FPC-3500 series can be set turn on/off time by users to protect data from damage during operating. Users can also amend artificial intelligence software in order to fit different vehicle which improves design flexibility as well.

Rich I/O Expansion

FPC-3500series equips standard input/output interfaces such as Ethernet, USB ports, RGB and LVDS display ports which makes it suitable for usages including multi-media display, stop announcement system, person recognition while provides outstanding expansion capability for example, PCIe, Mini-card slot and SIM socket (with one more PCI slot for FPC-3502.)

To meet requirement of in-vehicle pc and transportation, FPC-3500 series supplies GPS module as well as provides optional wireless communication module including Wi-Fi, GSM/GPRS and 3.5G. With the great connection capability, users can transmit data and information anywhere.

Extensive application area

The primary design concept of FPC-3500 series focuses on in-vehicle pc market. The rugged design prevents system from damage by shock and vibration on moving vehicle and enables it work stably from -25 to 55°C operating temperature range so that can be deployed on different vehicle such as car, bus, train, truck, trailer, mining vehicle etc. The application of FPC-3500 series can extend to security control, fleet management and vehicle status examining, such as temperature and tire pressure monitoring.
