COM Express Type 6 moduler kan gøre systemløsninger mere kompakte

NEXCOM introducerer nu en serie af COM Express Type 6 moduler, der er baseret på Intel Atom processor E3800 familien (in english).

Combining the ECC function, the 95mm by 95mm ICES 620 series can innovate intelligent systems to be power efficient, resilient, and compact and help intelligent systems gather pace across industries.

For challenging operating environments, the extended temperature variant of ICES 620X can provide high level of reliability at a temperature range of -40 to 85°C. For use in harsh environments, a special layer of conformal coating is applied to the selected model to protect the circuit board from corrosive substances, including salt mist, dust, moisture, and chemicals.

Moreover, the ICES 620 series is packed with an embedded controller and Embedded Application Programming Interface (EAPI). These COM Express compact modules can ensure compatibility with carrier boards and reduce software design efforts, helping system developers concentrate on invention and therefore accelerate time to market of intelligent systems.

To simplify system management, the ICES 620 series comes with remote management utility Xcare 3.0. The Xcare 3.0 can keep track of hardware status, for instance, processor, memory, and hard disk, alerting technicians to early signs of hardware abnormalities. Other features of Xcare 3.0 include remote KVM, remote configuration, and remote recovery of the ICES 620.
