RECOM lancerer fuldt integreret og isoleret DC/DC-konverter, der tilbyder tæt regulerede og valgbare outputs på 3,3V eller 5V i en 12-pad LGA-pakning til overflademontage (in english).
RECOM has set new standards for power density, cost-effectiveness, and performance with the introduction of their fully integrated RxxC1TF isolated DC/DC converter, which offers tightly regulated and selectable outputs at 3.3V or 5V in a 12-pad LGA surface mount package, just 5 x 4 x 1.18mm. The product is rated for 200mA output up to 80°C ambient, with derating to 125°C, with an input range of 3 to 5.5VDC.
Despite the tiny size of the part, an isolation rating of 3kVAC/1 second is achieved along with the enhanced functionality of full line and load regulation, on/off control, selectable outputs, and full protection against input under-voltage, over-temperature, and output overload and short circuits. Isolation capacitance is particularly low at 5pF typical.
Applications for the RxxC1TF include COM port and sensor isolation in industrial and building automation, datacomms, and IoT.
