500W LED lysmodul
Atlantik Elektronik introducerer 500W LED lysmodul, der er baseret på et nyt modulært og skalerbart chip-on-board koncept (in english).
With the presentation of the world class 500W LED lighting module of Optogan with up to 50,000 lumens in a single component, Atlantik Elektronik provides a completely new modular and scalable chip-on-board concept. The new high-power chip-on-board module X10 is based on the vision of scalability and streamlined processing for light manufacturing.
The X10 COB block consists of 50 segments and can be divided into LED elements and performance classes of smaller sizes very easily. Each element can be used in a separate lamp. The smallest segment of the Optogan X10 consists of a 1cm² ceramic board with a maximum power consumption of 10W (1A, 10V) ,and has a light yield of well over 100 lm/W.
The connectors of the sub-modules are easily accessible and the modules are not soldered, but contacted via a special snap-in adapter. Due to the different sizes and shapes of the LED elements these can, for example be used in lamps and lighting systems equipped with reflectors as well as in the industrial and street lighting.
There are no limits in design for the users due to the high flexibility of the application. The ceramic base and the choice of material for the X10 was designed for a very long lifetime and a smart design.

The X10 is Optogan's new flagship, offering modular solutions that are very economical and easy to use. In addition, it provides an additional degree of freedom in lighting design. Coupled with cutting-edge technology and module efficiencies of about 100 lm/W the X10 offers clients the maximum possible diversity in increments of 5W to 500W.
With the advent of LED technology in areas of high performance lighting systems such as street lighting, the networking of light sources is becoming increasingly important. The Atlantik 'Ranger'-concept can set up a network of street lights in a very short time.
With appropriate control algorithms provided with the 'Ranger', the operator can now save more energy, reduce service costs and thus reduce his budget and also contribute to environmental protection.
