Rutronik adresserer nu automotive segmentet med en ny dedikeret forrerningsenhed, der supporterer kunder over hele verden (in english).
With the Automotive Business Unit, Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH is now offering automotive customers selected components from chosen manufacturers as well as specific technical and commercial support on a global level.In close cooperation and coordination with specially selected manufacturers and their specific, latest-generation automotive components, the Automotive Business Unit assists defined focus customers with the current challenges in the multifaceted automotive applications of e-mobility, car-to-car communication, infotainment, advanced driver assistance systems, lighting, etc., as well as with the constantly increasing safety requirements as per ISO 26262, which cover on-board electrical systems among others.
With its international and cross-location orientation, the Automotive Business Unit offers customers seamless support across the world. For on-site support it works together with the local Rutronik field application engineers and business development managers.
Uwe Rahn, Senior Manager ABU, will be taking over the management of the Automotive Business Unit (ABU). Mr. Rahn was formerly Key Account FAE from 2004 and FAE Head of Central Europe at Rutronik from 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Rahn worked in the Quality Management division at Harman Becker for 6 years.
- Due to the ever shorter technological advances, the manufacturers are working intensively on not getting left behind technologically, explains Uwe Rahn.
