DATA MODUL aflyser electronica 2022 deltagelse

Af frygt for en potentiel ny Covid-19 bølge i München, har tyske DATA MODUL valgt at trække sin deltagelse fra electronica 2022 (in english).

Following intensive consultations as well as risk assessments with regard to a potential upcoming Covid-19 autumn wave in Munich, DATA MODUL has decided to cancel this year's participation at electronica in November 2022.

A decision that was definitely not easy for the high-tech company, as Dr. Florian Pesahl, CEO of DATA MODUL AG, explains, since electronica is considered the most important leading trade fair in the industry.

- For us, electronica has always been one of the most important trade fairs – we already worked intensively on the preparations. The decision to cancel the participation was therefore very difficult for us. Nevertheless, we see it as our duty to make a renewed risk assessment for the coming months, says Dr. Florian Pesahl, and he continues:

- As the health as well as the safety of our customers, suppliers and employees is always our top priority and at the same time we are confronted with partly extremely increased procurement and exhibition costs, we have decided against participation. Even though we are refraining from participating in electronica 2022, we believe that this decision is a sign of sustainable business towards our customers and partners, and we are looking forward to 2023 with more confidence than ever, when we will participate in various trade fairs as usual.
