32.768kHz clock oscillator med strømforbrug på 1,5mA

IQD's nye 2.768kHz clock oscillators opererer med et strømforbrug på kun 1,5mA, og er derfor velegnede bærbare applikationer (in english)

IQD has announced a new range of low power 32.768kHz clock oscillators with power consumption as low as 1.5mA. The three models, CFPS-107, CFPS-108 and CFPS-109 operate at 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V respectively making them particularly suitable for portable applications.

Packaged in a 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.95mm ceramic seam sealed metal lid package, these CMOS based clock oscillators are capable of driving up to 15pF loads and are available with frequency stabilities of ±20ppm over 0 to +70 degrees C or ±25ppm over -40 to +85 degrees C. All the variants include an enable disable function and offer rise and fall times of 50ns.

These clock oscillators are ideal for a very wide range of applications including battery management, bluetooth, RTCs, smart meters (AMR) and wireless Lan.
