32-bit MCU med ARM Cortex-M4F kerne

Atlantik Elektronik præsenterer Nuvoton’s NUC505 serie af 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F MCU'er med DSP-udvidelse og floating point enhed (in english).

Atlantik Elektronik is presenting the NUC505 Series from Nuvoton. This series is based on an ARM Cortex-M4F core with DSP extension and floating point unit (FPU).

The NUC505 series is equipped with integrated 24-bit Audio Codec from Nuvoton (spin-off von Winbond) and is particularly suitable for industrial and consumer applications, such as audio and wireless audio, thermal printer, sound bars as well as GPS tracker, requiring high computing power and a large number of communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, 2.0 USB High-Speed Device, USB2.0 full-speed host and SD host.

The NUC505 series clock at up to 100MHz, support an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and operates at a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V.

The controllers have 2MB flash and 128KB zero-wait-state SRAM, which is working without wait cycles. The NuMicro NUC505 series 32-bit microcontroller is embedded with the ARM Cortex-M4F core running up to 100 MHz, supports DSP FPU function, and provides 2 Mbytes embedded SPI Flash memory, and 128 Kbytes embedded SRAM.

The NUC505 series is also equipped with plenty of peripheral devices, such as USB Host/Device, Timers, Watchdog Timers, RTC, UART, SPI, I2S, I2C, PWM Timer, GPIO, 12-bit ADC, 24-bit Audio CODEC, Low voltage reset and Low voltage detector.

The software development kit supports the NUC505 series with Keil RVMDK, IAR EWARM evaluation development environment, and includes project manager, editor, compiler tools and debugger.

Nuvoton guarantees a minimum availability of 10 years for the NuMicro 32-bit MCUs which are powered by ARM Cortex-M4s.
